ABOUT With more than 16 years in winery leadership and a decade in hospitality before that, I’ve seen every version of the same problem: teams stretched thin, wearing too many hats, trying to keep brand, tasting room, club, ecommerce, and customer experience afloat with no bandwidth to improve any of it.
Some wineries know what needs to happen but can’t execute; others can’t even identify the gaps because they’re overwhelmed.

I’m Carrie Kalscheuer, a former executive overseeing Direct-to-Consumer sales and operations, brand, ecommerce, and customer experience for wineries. My work has spanned organizational restructuring, team development and coaching, customer retention and acquisition strategy, ecommerce optimization, sales and service training, and building systems that create clarity and meaningful impact on the bottom line.
