Who We Are

I’ve seen every version of the same problem: teams stretched thin, wearing too many hats, trying to design and maintain a personalized customer experience with not enough bandwidth to execute to perfection.

I built Studio DTC to change that.

I’m Carrie Kalscheuer, a career executive overseeing sales, marketing and brand for some of Oregon’s most admired wineries.

My work has spanned organizational restructuring, team development and coaching, customer retention and acquisition strategy, e-commerce optimization, sales and service training, and systems building - creating clarity and meaningful impact on the bottom line.
